• First of all you download an app named CamScanner from Play Store.

• Now you open the Image to Text App.

• Now you select the image from the gallery, which you want to extract the text. 

• Select the area from here to extract the text.

  

For example- if you want to extract the text of one or two paragraphs from an image, then you select that area).  And then click on OK.

• Now your image will be cropped, after that you can extract the text from the image by clicking on OCR Option.
